OUR MISSION
The mission of the George F Young III Foundation is to bring an awareness to domestic violence, and provide educational programs that eliminate such violence. Additionally we seek to develop responsible young people and prepare them socially and intellectually to reach their highest potential.

Our vision is to become a voice for the voiceless, empowering individuals to lead healthy and productive lives while developing communities to become resilient and safe places for all.
CORE VALUES
We believe that everyone should have equal access to quality programs and services that will enable them to become productive, viable citizens. We believe that our communities must be safe-havens for those who reside in such communities, regardless of the socio-economics.
PHILOSOPHY ON LEARNING
George F. Young III Foundation Academy for Success students are empowered socially, and equipped to make decisions that will enable them to become productive, responsible citizens, free from the negative impact of drugs, violence, and other destructive behaviors.
ACHIEVING OUR VISION
Our vision is achieved by providing quality, comprehensive programs that help families, both through intervention and prevention support, and to overcome domestic violence. Addionally, through our programs, young people become engaged learners in and out of the classroom, positive risk takers, and positive role models for their peers. Our community- based programs provide support and assist young people in acquiring self- confidence in their academic, behavioral, and social emotional abilities: allowing them to realize a more positive inclusion in their school community and the local community at large.
