Our Health and Physical Wellness program places an emphasis on educating students on living a healthy lifestyle inclusive of healthy habits, nutrition awareness and incorporation of physical activities.

Fit for Life Program

Pillars: Nutrition Awareness, Health Life-Styles Enrichment, Physical Fitness and Training

Outcomes:

  • Define and incorporate healthy versus unhealthy physical, mental, and emotional lifestyle habits.

  • Educate students on digestion, nutrition, and basic age appropriate weight management.

  • Provide students with the skills to ensure they learn how to identify healthy and unhealthy decisions.
